These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WhisperCar mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Subscriptions & purchases

WhisperCar offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g. monthly and yearly) that unlock premium features. Prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. AI guidance disclaimer

WhisperCar provides AI-generated information about vehicles for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for a qualified mechanic or your manufacturer's official documentation. Always verify procedures and diagnostic codes before acting on them. You are responsible for any action you take based on the app's output.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhisperCar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including vehicle damage or repair costs.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
